Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
* Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants.
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
* Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
* Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information.
* Building strong relationships internally and externally.
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry.
* Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close.
Skills required:
* At least six months to one year of experience in customer service.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* The ability to negotiate.
* Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
