Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking a driven and ambitious Junior IT Project Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced team based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or develop their career in project management within the Security and Defence sector.
You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and senior stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while contributing to the successful delivery of critical IT projects.
The Role
As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects. You'll gain valuable experience working across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
2. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
3. Track project progress and help ensure key milestones are met
