We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Team Member to deliver an excellent in-store consumer experience while achieving set targets and KPIs.
You will play a key role in effectively selling footwear and accessories by using Clarks selling models, while also supporting the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards across both the shop floor and stockroom.

1. Consistently deliver a high-quality brand experience, using technology where appropriate to enhance the customer journey
2. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently assist customers
3. Support the achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales in line with targets set by the Store Management team
4. Maintain high standards across the sales floor and back of house
5. Follow all cash handling and stock security procedures in line with company standards
