Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes, aligning with organizational goals and KPIs.
2. Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
3. Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
4. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
5. Driving the safety program for the site ensuring safe operating practices and high safety awareness amongst employees
6. Identifying areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce production scrap.
7. Providing leadership and mentorship to team members to build a strong, motivated workforce.
8. Resolving operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruptions to business activities and ensure on time delivery to customers.
