Production Supervisor – County Armagh
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000. (DOE)

As Production Supervisor you’ll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, driving performance, and ensuring our production lines run smoothly and safely.
The role:
* Supervise and support the production team to meet daily targets and maintain high-quality standards.
* Implement and manage production schedules, adjusting as needed for efficiency.
* Train and mentor employees in production processes and safety procedures.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Identify and drive process improvements to enhance productivity.
* Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
About you:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
* Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
