Plumbing Project Manager
Location: Kent Or Leighton Buzzad
£65k-70K pa

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Must be able to commute to Kent area once a week from our office in Leighton Buzzard/or based in Kent with travel to office occasionally
Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction/plumbing processes and techniques
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
Ability to read technical drawings
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects
The candidate must have:
Gold, white or black cscs card
5 years project management experience.
We also require them to have plumbing knowledge so ideally from that background. If they have worked with the large house builders or in mechanical into new build homes managing these projects would be a distinct advantage.
