About the role: Lead and organise mental health recovery programmes that help individuals reach their goals in a group setting. Support staff to manage activities, using outdoor spaces, cafes, and shop, alongside education and personal development, tailored to their strengths and aspirations. Manage and lead a team to create a supportive, high-performing environment. Promote professional growth, teamwork, and drive person-centred support delivery. Oversee and quality check case management and groupwork outcomes, ensuring all activities meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance standards. You will evaluate activities and analyse performance to set objectives with teams. Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and stakeholders to ensure teams deliver truly person-centred recovery, listening to feedback and continuously improving the service. Your collaborative approach will ensure each group and every person receives support that is respectful, inclusive, and tailored to their needs. What You’ll Bring Positive attitude, leadership, purposeful management, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission. Experience in leadership and management in health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors. Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills. IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area. An interest in quality and outcome improvement. Experience supervising and managing staff, motivational interviewing/coaching, and working with people with mental health needs. Ready to inspire recovery and make a difference?
