Recruitment Assistant
Our award winning Recruitment Team are looking to appoint a Recruitment Assistant. The successful candidate will be joining us as we continue to improve our service which has seen us achieve the second best "Time to Hire" across London NHS Trusts.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager of the respective team, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding process of new employees, including pre-employment checks. The successful applicant will be passionate in providing good customer service, being the face of the Trust, whether attending assessment centres or conducting ID checks and so good communication and interpersonal skills are required for the role.
You will ideally be coming from an NHS Recruitment service, have experience in ESR (HR and Payroll sides) and the TRAC recruitment systems. You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and be passionate about providing a high quality customer service to your patients and colleagues.

Main duties of the job
As the successful post holder you will provide key support to the management of recruitment campaigns in order to ensure a high quality, effective reliable and responsive recruitment and selection service.
You will ensure adherence to team processes, trust policies and best practice compliance by providing comprehensive support of day-to-day recruitment activities.

Person Specification
Education/Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in customer service or administration
Skills/Knowledge
* Experience working within customer services or an office environment.
* Experience of providing administrative support for recruitment activities within a fast paced highly visible support service
* Ability to collate, input and process data systematically and accurately.
* Able to prioritise and plan activities and meet tight deadlines in accordance with key performance indicators
* Able to maintain confidentiality at all times and communicate with tact and discretion.
* Has a working understanding of relevant recruitment and employment legislation.
* Good keyboard skills, word, excel, outlook
Previous Experience
* Experience working within customer services or an office environment.
* Experience of providing administrative support within a fast paced highly visible support service
