Job Description
Skillful and compassionate registered nurses are sought after to provide high-quality care for individuals with complex needs.
This role involves delivering expert nursing care, managing tracheostomies, catheterisation, and PEG feeding, as well as supervising and guiding a care team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Expert Complex Care: Utilise clinical skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
* Lead and Support: Supervise and guide the care team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
* Create Personalised Care Plans: Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans to individual needs.
* Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and legally compliant records of all care interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in complex care, a passion for mental health & dementia care, and strong communication & leadership skills. A commitment to providing outstanding care and continually improving service delivery is essential.

Working Conditions
Consistent Shift Pattern:
* Week 1: 3 shifts (8am – 8pm)
* Week 2: 4 shifts (8am – 8pm)
* Alternative Weekends Required
