5 days out of 7 (Mon Sun) | Shifts between 07:00 21:30 (includes weekends)
Youll lead by example, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service from arrival through to departure.
Lead the front-of-house team and set service standards
Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service
Passionate about customer service and guest experience
Strong IT skills xkybehq (Microsoft Office; systems such as Opera/Amadeus/Salesforce desirable)
Due to the location, you must be a car driver
