Life as an IT Trainer at CEF:
You will deliver training on existing business platforms using various methodologies like face-to-face, video conferencing, recorded demos, and documentation.
Apply your experience as an IT Systems Trainer to ensure colleagues are equipped with the necessary skills to maximize system potential.
You will be a key part of the IT Training team, contributing to seamless technology transitions and fostering a culture of continuous learning through documentation and training.
Your Objectives:
1. Create engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, and recorded demos.
2. Keep training content current and relevant.
3. Coordinate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and online.
4. Provide business insights alongside training to maximize benefits.
5. Manage training schedules, facilities, and materials.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Full UK Driving License
2. Experience as an IT Systems Trainer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and technologies.
4. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Passionate, motivating, and inspiring team member.
7. Effective time management and workload prioritization.
Location:
Extensive travel across CEF locations in the EMEA region, with remote work the remaining time.

2. Microsoft Teams interview with IT Training Manager (EMEA) and Talent Acquisition Partner
3. In-person interview with IT Training Manager (EMEA)
