Job Description
FULLY QUALIFIED / EXPERIENCED MOTOR TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a motor technician with high professionalism and confidence to join our busy, friendly team in an independently run garage with 27 years of operation.
You will be fully qualified and/or have experience of major engine work and diagnostics and carry a full driving licence.
You must be professional in your approach while being efficient and self-disciplined, with a strong workshop background. Knowledge of a variety of vehicles will be advantageous.
Knowledge of modern engine diagnostic procedures is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving licence.
MOT tester accreditation is desirable but not essential.

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Apply a high standard of professionalism and self-discipline in the workshop.
* Have a good knowledge of engines and a range of vehicles; perform fault finding and diagnostics.
* Ensure tasks are carried out professionally in a timely and safe manner.
Qualifications and Experience
* Fully qualified and/or experienced in major engine work and diagnostics.
* Valid full UK driving licence.
* Experience of working in a workshop environment with a variety of vehicles is advantageous.
Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
