Service Delivery Manager Service Delivery Manager Leeds (x2-3 days remote-working per week) c£50,000 to £55,000 per year Plus excellent company benefits and incentives The Opportunity: Our industry-respected client is currently looking to attract a Service Delivery/IT Operations Manager for their Leeds based IT team. You will have an excellent understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks, having operated across Incident, Problem, Change and Release management. The successful candidates will be playing a leading role within the organisation, ensuring consistent delivery across infrastructure, applications and end-user support focused on outstanding customer service at all times.
