JOB DESCRIPTION Hours of work: 21.25 per week Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service. As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata. Fixed term for: 4 months. Wivelsfield Primary School and Nursery has a vacancy for an Individual Needs Assistant for 21.25 hours per week to start as soon as possible. The hours will be Monday to Friday 8.45 am- 1.15 pm. Situated in the heart of Wivelsfield Green, near both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, the school is single-form entry. It benefits from spacious modern premises, with extensive grounds, and is a very popular, over-subscribed school. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming with a strong ‘community ethos'. You will work as part of the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team with individual children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, but initially with a child in Key Stage 2. You will also help with lunchtime supervision.
