As a key member of our team, you will: Conduct day-to-day operations and tackle complex issues in your technical engineering area. Share your domain knowledge across cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with business partners to align technology with business outcomes. Design and maintain software applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. Advocate for software design best practices and operational excellence. Analyze issues holistically and implement effective solutions across systems. Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who has: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of software development experience, particularly in Java or Kotlin, with a focus on backend development. A proven track record of mentoring others and driving technical design in multi-quarter projects. The ability to identify business problems and design testable, observable solutions. A strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to guide integrations across teams. Experience with testing and monitoring tools to ensure project quality. On-Call Requirement
This position requires being on-call outside of regular working hours, which includes: Responding to emergencies or incidents as they arise. Providing prompt support and solutions. Participating in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation Requests
