Are you a hands-on Analyst with a strong product mindset and deep technical skills in Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, and Python? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, early-stage tech business on an exciting growth journey. You'll own analytics end-to-end—developing dashboards, building pipelines, running A/B tests, and driving product decisions that make a real commercial impact.
THE ROLE
As a Product Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of the business—working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to drive decisions and performance with robust data. You’ll:
* Analyse large datasets to uncover product performance trends and user behaviour
* Build dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to make insights accessible across the business
* Own A/B testing from set-up through to measurement and actionable recommendations
* Develop and optimise data models in BigQuery, including scripting pipelines in SQL and Python
* Ensure data accuracy and reliability with strong data quality processes and governance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, deliver strategic insights, and support scalable product growth
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be a good fit, you’ll need:
* 3+ years’ experience in data/BI/product analytics, ideally within a product-led environment
* Experience working in betting/gaming/gambling a strong preference
* Advanced skills in SQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
* Experience with Python for scripting and automation
* Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
* Proven ability to create high-impact dashboards and drive data-informed decisions
* A proactive, curious mindset—you don’t just report the numbers, you look for the “why”
* Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams
