The role:
* Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen HR employee engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
* Partner with leadership to develop programs that align with values and business goals.
* Create communication strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
* Organise events, workshops, and recognition programs that celebrate people.
* Track, measure, and report on engagement and culture metrics, using insights to continuously improve.
* Act as a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon.
* Support managers in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Experience:
* Proven experience in employee engagement and HR within a service delivery first business (hospitality, retail, facilities, food & beverage, logistics, or similar)
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
* Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement programs.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Passion for people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
