Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group is retained to search for a Commercial Sales Manager for the South of England for Ecostrad. The role focuses on sales growth through electrical wholesalers and specifiers, building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, architects, M&E contractors, and other influencers.
Role & responsibilities
* Growing sales through electrical wholesalers and distribution partners.
* Driving specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors across residential, commercial, BTR, and education projects.
* Managing the full sales cycle – from initial design/specification to order placement via distribution.
* Building strong relationships with decision-makers, providing technical support, and delivering CPDs/presentations where required.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
* Develop and execute the sales strategy for Ecostrad aligning with overall business objectives.
Experience & Skills
* A proven track record in sales within the construction, electrical, or heating industry.
* Strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage your own territory.
* Technical knowledge of heating, electrical products, or M&E solutions (advantageous but not essential).

Location & compensation
Salary: £70,000 + Commission, Car allowance and Benefits. Location: UK South. Role based in the South of England for Ecostrad.
