About Our Client

This temporary position is within an SME organisation in the property industry.

Job Description

3. Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently..
5. Handle queries related to accounts and payments in a professional manner.
6. Handling VAT returns and leasing with Suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

7. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within the property industry.
8. A good understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
9. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
10. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
11. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
12. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
