Do you want to help bring hear and eye care to the homes of those in need? As a Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant you can do just that. Your role will be office-based, booking and planning clinics, speaking with customers on the phone, assisting with any queries and general administrative duties.
As a master of scheduling and crucial admin, you'll play a key role in supporting our domiciliary team to effectively care for the patients that need it most. You'll be the one behind the scenes pulling the strings and keeping everything running smoothly, all while receiving the care you need to grow professionally and personally.

What we're looking for?
You must have previous optical experience
Customer care skills are paramount as is your experience in process management
