Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (2+ years PQE)
Location: Somerset. Hybrid working available. Full-time Permanent.
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality legal support to individuals and families? Were looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE to join a growing and client-focused legal team.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering tailored legal services across a broad range of private client matters. You\'ll manage your own caseload, contribute to the development of the department, and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a variety of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and estate administration.
* Manage a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, offering clear and practical legal advice.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues and support staff.
* Contribute to the growth of the department through business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with other teams to maximise cross-referral opportunities.
* Ensure high standards of client care and financial management.
What We\'re Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years\' experience in Private Client law.
* Skilled in handling a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs.
* Confident in managing client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
* Capable of supervising junior staff and contributing to team development.
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of financial control and billing.
* Proactive in business development and keen to contribute to the growth of the firm.
