Responsibilities will include: Complex diary, email and travel management Coordinating internal and external meetings, including refreshments and logistics Client liaison, working closely with internal colleagues and external assistants Supporting with invoicing, expenses and financial administration Producing, formatting and proofreading reports and presentations Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations Managing electronic filing systems and databases Organising team events, client dinners and industry events Ordering equipment and liaising with IT when required Arranging purchase orders and general team administration What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a team assistant or administrative role Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, particularly when formatting documents Confident communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in A natural ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients If you’re an organised, personable and enthusiastic assistant who thrives in a busy team environment, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a highly regarded organisation and make a real impact.
