Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Newcastle branch for a full time Auction Support Assistant.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
* First point of contact for customers
* Answering telephones
* Taking cash / card payments
* Processing auction entries
* Invoicing, Photocopying, filing, incoming & outgoing post
* Assisting various departments with phone calls
* Assisting car & commercial department with administration duties
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and attributes:
* Recent administration experience
* Good level of IT literacy - word, excel, outlook
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Cash handling experience
* Hard working and motivated
* Keen to progress and use initiative
Hours of work:
* Monday & Wednesday 08:30am - 18:30pm
* Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
