Location: Haywards Health Burns House or Leatherhead Carlton House covering the South region
Salary: 49178 to 57849 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
As an Available Homes Manager you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our homes are let efficiently fairly and to residents who can sustain successful tenancies. You'll lead a high-performing regional team driving operational excellence to reduce rent loss improve turnaround times and enhance the customer experience.
This is a key leadership role where you'll work collaboratively across Clarion and with external partners to make sure every home we let contributes to Clarion's long-term success and community impact.
What Youll Be Doing
* Leadership & Performance
* Lead, inspire and support a dispersed regional team to deliver excellent performance and meet key targets.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
* Use performance data and insight to identify and address any delays in the lettings process.
* Drive behavioral and cultural change to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
* Stakeholder & Partnership Management
* Act as the main regional contact for local authorities and other housing partners.
* Negotiate and manage nomination agreements to ensure efficient allocations and sustainable tenancies.
* Build strong internal relationships with Maintenance, Housing and Development teams to ensure new homes are ready to let on time.
* Influence and hold partners to account for delivery ensuring joint ownership of performance outcomes.
* Strategic Delivery
* Collaborate with other Available Homes Managers to deliver a consistent high-quality service across all regions.
* Contribute to policy and process reviews to drive improvements and efficiency.
* Ensure all activity complies with regulatory, statutory and Clarion standards.
What Youll Need
* Proven experience leading and motivating dispersed teams in a performance-driven environment.
* A strong track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving measurable outcomes.
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills confident when managing senior stakeholders.
* Analytical and solutions-focused with the ability to translate insight into action.
