Bayside Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Receptionist who can work both mornings and evenings. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check in clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
* Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
* Process payments and handle financial transactions.
* Assist with daily administrative tasks and office organization.
* Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent client care.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in office software and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings.
* A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
