A welcoming Primary School in Harlow is looking for a compassionate and patient 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily school experience.
The Role
* Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD
* Supporting engagement with classroom learning and structured activities
* Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and routines
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Helping create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting Autism / SEN / additional needs
* Calm, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a Primary or SEN setting desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
