Working pattern:
Shifts to cover 4:15pm-10:15pm on Fridays and Saturdays, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!). You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
As a Customer Team Member, your responsibilities include:
1. Providing friendly and thoughtful service—responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensuring the store is safe and legal—keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Introducing new products and services—making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Supporting your local community—getting involved in activities and events.
