Health Care Assistant – Scotland
Our client is looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant with the following qualifications:
* 4–6-week block booking possibly longer.
* NVQ Level 3 is necessary; medication training can be provided on-site.
* Over 1 year’s recent experience in a care home setting.
* You will need to have confidence leading a team of 8 carers a day.
* 53 service users in the home.
The shift pattern is Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm, starting as soon as possible for 4-8 weeks with the option to possibly stay on if you are a good fit for the home.
Pay is dependent on experience.
