EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3 Qualified) - BA5 Start: ASAPHours: Part-time (Mondays & Thursdays) or Full-timeA warm andwelcoming primary school in the BA5 areais seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified EYFSTeaching Assistant to join their early years team. This role is idealfor someone with strong EYFS knowledge who can support early development,learning routines, and child-centred provision.Role Overview
* Support learning and development across the EYFS curriculum
* Deliver small-group and 1:1 activities focused on early literacy, communication and play-based learning
* Assist with continuous provision, observations and child-initiated learning
* Provide support for children with emerging SEN or additional needs
* Work closely with the class teacher to implement structured routines
* Help with classroom organisation, outdoor learning and daily transitions
Candidate Profile
* Level 3 TA or Early Years qualification (essential)
* Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum & early child development
* Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable)
* Confident, patient and nurturing approach
* Able to support communication, early phonics and play-based learning
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
