Our client is seeking a driven and engaging HR Business Partner who excels in building strong relationships across multiple sites. This role involves implementing new programs, driving culture, and enhancing engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel across multiple sites in Edinburgh and Leeds to gain insights into challenges and needs.
2. Implement talent development, succession planning, and engagement programs to improve attraction and retention.
3. Build lasting relationships with stakeholders and employees to drive successful change.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to introduce innovative working methods aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the ability to influence change, challenge appropriately, and provide valuable solutions. Previous experience in a multi-site/regional role is preferred.
