Talent Acquisition Partner – Engineering / Manufacturing
Wolverhampton | Hybrid | 12-month FTC
Up to £45,000
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and manufacturing roles. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working flexibility.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver top engineering and manufacturing talent
* Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
* Provide recruitment insight and guidance to stakeholders
* Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in engineering/manufacturing
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
