An excellent opportunity has arisen for an NQ + Family Solicitor to join a well established Yorkshire practice in their Brighouse office.
The Role
You will handle your own caseload of family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation disputes
* A limited amount of publicly funded family work
About You
* NQ Solicitor +
* Experience in family law (gained through training contract, paralegal work or post-qualification)
* Comfortable undertaking advocacy, including attending court where required
* Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Strong client care skills with a practical and empathetic approach
* Keen to develop and progress within a busy and well-regarded family team
