Business Development Director – Market Research Panels & Services
Fully Remote (UK Based)
A standout opportunity for a driven, commercially astute senior market research sales professional who thrives on unlocking new business and building long‑term client partnerships. This international market research services group has ambitious growth plans and offers the chance to make a significant impact while helping shape the future of the UK and European sales function.
As Sales Director with expertise in the market research industry, you will join a small team of senior sales professionals and take ownership of new customer acquisition across the UK and Europe, driving revenue growth through a suite of high‑quality market research services, panels, sampling solutions and specialist insight products. This is a senior, hands‑on commercial role where your ability to open doors, nurture relationships and close high‑value deals will be central to your success. Responsibility spans the full sales cycle from prospecting and building your pipeline, through to pitching, negotiating and transitioning newly acquired clients to an expert account team.
Success in this role calls for deep experience selling market research services—ideally panels, sampling or full‑service solutions—and a well‑established network across research agencies, consultancies, media groups and client‑side insight functions. An ability to position value, tailor solutions across B2C and B2C audiences, and communicate with confidence at senior level is essential. This role blends autonomous new‑business leadership with the opportunity to mentor others, influence strategy and, as the UK & footprint expands, the potential to build and lead your own small sales team.
