Deputy Home Manager required for a large premiums nursing and residential care home in Wiltshire. This elegant, purpose-built home offers a five-star lifestyle and provides high-quality nursing and residential care, including support for those living with mild to moderate dementia. The successful candidate will join an established and supportive leadership team, working alongside a very experienced and highly regarded Home Manager who has a long standing history within the group. As the Deputy Care Home Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Home Manager in delivering exceptional standards of care and compliance. Providing strong leadership and mentorship to nursing and care teams. Promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and resident empowerment. Assisting in the development of staff through coaching, supervision, and performance management. Ensuring the smooth running of the home in the Manager's absence. Requirements: Active NMC Registration (this is preferred, not essential) Previous management and senior nursing experience in adult social care settings Detailed knowledge of clinical governance and nursing best practices The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals Salary and Benefits: £55,000 annual salary Company sick pay, leadership programme, employee assistance programme, on demand pay and many more benefits.
