Contract Duration: June 16, 2025 – December 15, 2025
Location: Remote (within a NATO country) with 1 day/week onsite in Brussels or The Hague
Security Clearance: NATO Secret or UK SC clearance required
Languages: English (fluent), French (basic knowledge desirable)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Manager Support to lead and deliver a comprehensive 5-year acquisition (ACQ) digital transformation plan. This role is central to driving both technology adoption and cross-functional business change, impacting internal ACQ staff and external suppliers.
As the key coordinator and strategic lead, you will be responsible for shaping the digital transformation strategy, overseeing the implementation, and ensuring the adoption of innovative tools and solutions that enhance ACQ processes through standardisation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the ACQ digital transformation strategy, including planning, budgeting, milestones, and benchmarking.
* Manage the full lifecycle of technology adoption and business change initiatives.
* Drive user experience enhancements for technologies used in ACQ processes by identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
* Coordinate and consolidate ACQ user requirements and translate them into actionable technology improvements.
* Identify, assess, and propose new transformative solutions and digital tools to streamline and automate ACQ operations.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong understanding of relevant digital solutions and the ability to identify and integrate sustainable innovations.
* Deep business acumen and a keen sensitivity to human factors, including change resistance.
* Proven experience in similar roles within national administrations or multinational organisations.
* Demonstrated expertise in project management and process automation.
* Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of public procurement processes.
