National Grid is hiring a Governance and Performance Lead - This position is based from our Warwick or Sheffield office however we offer flexible hybrid working options.
Job Purpose
The role is to support the Construction Strategy Performance Manager; this individual will be responsible for overseeing reporting and governance arrangements on behalf of Construction Strategy.
They will be responsible for the development of an appropriate department governance framework, regular reporting on departmental performance, ensuring all reporting submission deadlines are met, responsible for departmental compliance with obligations and objectives.
Responsibilities will include the development and tracking of departmental risks helping to create and maintain milestone trackers and monitoring performance against established targets.
