We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business within the FMCG industry based in Birmingham and become a valuable part of the Marketing team.
As Customer Marketing Manager, day-to-day, your role will entail:
* Creating and Implementing successful multi-channel customer marketing strategies throughout the UK and aligning them to the business objectives.
* Identify shopper insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform customer marketing strategies and optimise brand campaign effectiveness instore.
* Utilise available insight and data to further enhance brand strategy.
* Lead and motivate a team of Brand Managers, who are located in-market.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry and align the marketing plan accordingly.
* Report monthly on marketing performance across the region.
