What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the early years framework.
* Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, helping them achieve key milestones.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and stimulating.
What We're Looking For:
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A caring, empathetic, and patient approach with children.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
