£500 bonus paid after completion of a successful 6-month probation!
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Areas of Focus:
You will be responsible for all cashiering and purchase ledger activities, whilst supporting our carrier reconciliation cycle.
Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders.
Checking and processing purchase invoices.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Processing employee expenses.
Cash & cheque posting into the sales ledger.
Posting bank receipts and payments into the system.
Bank reconciliations.
Monitoring emails.
Payment runs.
Adhoc office admin tasks - hotel bookings, stationery orders etc.
Is this you?
IT literate with Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the business to tackle any challenges.
Positive, pro-active and personable individual who will fit in well with this friendly small team.
You will be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision.
