Location: Alness and Invergordon Medical Group, based in Mid Ross in the Scottish Highlands. The practice serves approximately 13,500 patients, located near Inverness. The team is based on the Invergordon County Community Hospital site and in the neighbouring town of Alness. The area is on the northern shores of the Cromarty Firth and is part of a broader regional development initiative.

Responsibilities
* Deliver GP services on a fixed term, part-time basis (9.5 hours per week).
* Conduct 10 to 12 x 15-minute appointments per session, reflecting a commitment to longer appointment times and work–life balance.
* Work on-site regularly with potential hybrid arrangements.
* Collaborate within a diverse practice team with interests in palliative care, lifestyle medicine, medical technology and medical education.
* Contribute to education and training within the practice; an Education Lead from within the GP team will support development in this area.
* Engage with the broader multidisciplinary team (Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Pharmacotherapy, First Contact Physiotherapy, Primary Care Mental Health Workers, Community Link Workers).
* Support GP movement and activity initiatives in partnership with local organisations (e.g., High Life Highland).
Requirements / Qualifications
* Qualified GP with interest in working in a developing, forward-thinking Practice.
* Regular on-site presence; some hybrid working may be considered.
Salary and Terms
Salary scale £98,238 to £110,736 per annum (pro rata). Part-time, Fixed Term Position – 9.5 hours per week.
