Event Coordinator - City of London - 30k
My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Event Coordinator for one of their client's premium office spaces.
This is a high end hospitality site with a 5 star premium offering and they require an Event Coordinator to:
* Provide administrative support including liaising with the hospitality operational team and assisting with contracting and billing
* Answer incoming client queries via phone and email
* Organise client’s events and work closely with other departments to ensure these are executed without flaw
* Prepare and follow up with clients on proposals, quotations and contracts, maximising revenue opportunities
* Conduct show rounds of the event spaces
* Maintain accurate client records and databases and build strong relationships
* Guide clients through the planning process and ensure that all documentation is ready to handover to event operations team in good time
* Work closely with the events sales team to drive new business
* Work towards set budgets and targets
* Manage multiple inboxes and communicating frequently with clients
* Provide excellent customer service through every element of the event enquiry, utilizing strong selling skills
* Take personal responsibility to adhere to sales and event brand standards for enquiry handling and event planning both pre & post-event
* Recognise opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion and drive repeat business
