What You Will Do
* Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and create detailed product technical specifications.
* Lead the design, management, and delivery of Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP and R).
* Take ownership of prototype builds, testing, software validation, and reporting.
* Support global production, manufacturing, quality, and customer issue resolutions.
* Propose product optimisation solutions through detailed problem analysis.
* Interface with internal and external teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring
* A degree in Engineering or equivalent with proven industry experience.
* Knowledge in new product introduction, build, testing, and validation for vehicle components.
* Strong knowledge of data acquisition, processing, and Design of Experiments (DOE) tools.
* Experience with CAN vehicle integration and digital communication protocols.
* Ability to design and implement LabVIEW test and data acquisition programmes.
