Job Description: Maths Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £162 - £251 Per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations Provide constructive feedback to students and support their learning needs Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Mathematics or related field Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field Experience: Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Effective classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Strong organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience using educational technology in the classroom Working Conditions: The Maths Teacher role is based in a secondary school setting in Sale, Greater Manchester. The position involves working full-time hours on a contract basis, following the school term calendar.
