Embedded Talent Partner / Delivery Consultant (Resource Solutions)
UK – Fully Remote
A high-growth, disruptive talent solutions business is expanding its Embedded / RPO offering and looking for experienced recruiters to join their delivery team.
This is a genuine opportunity to step away from traditional agency sales and move into a pure delivery / embedded model, partnering closely with clients in some of the most advanced technical sectors globally.
The opportunity
You’ll embed into client environments, acting as a true extension of their internal TA function—delivering against complex hiring needs across Defence, Aerospace, AI, and Software.
We’re looking for:
* Talent Acquisition specialists, Delivery Consultants, or 360 Recruiters
* Strong experience in Defence / Aerospace (essential) with exposure to AI or Software markets
* Recruiters who want to move away from sales and focus on delivery excellence
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced, technical environments
What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering embedded recruitment solutions within client teams
* Managing end-to-end hiring processes with a focus on quality and experience
* Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders
* Supporting scalable hiring projects across high-growth, technical businesses
What’s on offer:
* Fully remote (UK-based only)
* Flexible engagement: Freelance, Contract, or Permanent
* Salary up to £70,000 (pro rata) for permanent roles
