Office Account Handler r
£25,500 per year | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Account Handler to join a growing office team in Worcester. This is a temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing orders, and building strong relationships across both retail and trade accounts.
️ Key Responsibilities: Client Management:
1. Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts
2. Build lasting relationships and maintain client satisfaction
3. Regularly check in with clients to offer updates and support
Order & Admin Support:
4. Handle new orders, quotes, amendments, and general account queries
5. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication
6. Support the onboarding of new clients
Issue Resolution & Coordination:
7. Respond promptly to queries or complaints with professionalism
8. Liaise with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
9. Track client activity and suggest improvements when needed
About You:
10. Previous experience in office admin or customer service (required)
11. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
12. Highly organised and detail-oriented
13. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
14. Able to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Role Details:
15. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
16. Pay: From £25,500 per year
