Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full‑time Trade Counter Sales & Paint Mixing role based on‑site in Walsall. The role involves assisting customers at the trade counter, mixing and preparing paint to specific requirements, maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and providing expert product advice. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the trade counter and mixing area are clean, organized, and adequately stocked, delivering excellent customer service, and local deliveries when required in the company vehicle.
Qualifications
* Experience in trade counter sales or customer service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of paint mixing, surface coatings, or similar technical products, and a willingness to undergo training.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic computer literacy to manage sales transactions and stock records accurately and efficiently.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with a team.
* Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a customer‑first approach.
* Experience in the automotive, industrial or wood industry is a plus but not essential.
