We have an exciting opportunity to add to our high-performing team, specialising in SEN Recruitment. You will join a small but exciting team, with fantastic collaborative links with wider regional teams in Darlington and Newcastle. We are therefore seeking an ambitious, and pro-active individual to further increase our market-share and to continue our first-class delivery of specialist Educators and Support Staff to support schools in York and surrounding areas. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an ambitious; results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team! £30,000 - £34,500 per annum (DOE) Uncapped Commission (in addition to base salary) Working Hours: 07:15 - 17:15 (Term Time only) and significantly reduced hours during the school holidays. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions. Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods. Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions. Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business. The ability to drive new business development and demonstrate sales ability. Proactivity in candidate attraction and management and the ability to implement effective strategies to ensure that we are registering the highest-quality candidates.
