You will need at least a Level 2 health & fitness qualification and experience in the fitness industry. Main Purpose: Deliver great experiences; delight your customers Salary: - £12.21 per hour Hours: - 12 Shifts: - Monday and Tuesday: 14.30 - 21.00 Start date: July 1st 2025 Duties and responsibilities To instruct new gym members and provide inductions. To compile personal fitness programmes for gym members when required. To assist with health promotions. To carry out regular maintenance and equipment checks. Run a safe and clean activity, taking care of the resources which are needed to deliver the services on offer Pitch in as needed to help your centre, your manager, your colleagues Promote our values and expectations Plan your activities and deliver a great session to individuals and groups Support your colleagues Commit to your own development Take part in company training programmes Provide feedback so we can continually improve Respect the privacy rights of customers and colleagues Take responsibility for your performance Take an active interest in the company and your centre Follow company policies, procedures and systems Follow the emergency response plan Skills qualities and experience Experience in the fitness industry. Health and Fitness related qualification. Must include a basic understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. Health and Safety.
