About The Role

Working as part of the Housekeeping team you will ensure a high standard of room and public area cleanliness, exceeding guest expectations. Along with:

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard within the time scale.
• Handling peoples belongings carefully and recording lost property.
• Following the security protocols and key procedures at all time.
• Reporting maintenance issues.

About You

• You'll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Committed to working as a team.
