As part of their rapid global growth and creative innovation strategy, the Global Brand & Creative Solutions team is seeking a Programs and Packages Producer (EMEA) to support advertising partners in creating immersive, customized brand experiences.
This role will focus on consulting, pitching, and executing creative brand activations for top-tier international advertisers. You will guide the full lifecycle of projects—from ideation to execution—while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-impact advertising experiences across industries.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Pitch Consultation
* Review creative concepts for technical feasibility, timeline, and cost
* Provide expert consultation during pitch processes to support advertisers with innovative creative ideas
* Recommend and coordinate with external vendors for content production
🔹 Production Excellence
* Lead end-to-end execution of creative programs, from intake to final delivery
* Use internal systems to manage timelines, updates, and status reports
* Maintain quality standards and ensure creative output aligns with platform expectations
* Share best-in-class activations to inspire new advertiser opportunities
🔹 Stakeholder & Project Management
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, advertisers, agencies, and third-party vendors
* Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, marketing, engineering, and business development teams
* Build trust and credibility with sales teams and client partners through transparent communication and accountability
🔹 Creative & Industry Expertise
* Stay current on creative, production, and advertising tech trends—especially in AI
* Use industry insights to support creative innovation and optimization
* Provide strategic input on full-funnel advertising and brand storytelling
What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years of relevant experience in creative agency, digital platform, brand-side marketing, or production consultancy
✅ Strong understanding of digital advertising, platform best practices, and full-funnel marketing strategies
✅ Experience in producing and managing both large-scale and fast-turnaround creative campaigns
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
✅ Autonomous and proactive with a creative, client-first mindset
✅ Familiarity with creative production workflows, digital media platforms, and vendor coordination
✅ Enthusiasm for innovation, AI-enabled production tools, and forward-thinking campaign strategies
